Seelye Eiler has a certified cleanroom facility on site to handle all contamination sensitive production requirements for thermoformed plastic packaging.


We offer a full range of state-of-the-art cleanroom manufactured packaging solutions to accommodate all packaging requirements. Our cleanroom specialists have extensive training and more than 20 years of experience processing disposables within a cleanroom environment. Assembly procedures are controlled by documentation and can be modified to include client or product specific instructions. Client approval is obtained prior to production startup or any procedural changes.

Seelye Eiler also offers Class 1000 ultra-clean thermoformed plastic packaging. The Class 1000 certification covers the production area and the pack-out area alike and includes:


  • Web cleaning techniques

  • HEPA filtration

  • Laminar air flow

  • Ionization and other static dissipative equipment

Raid Prototyping


Seelye-Eiler offers several prototyping services. When you need to produce a plastic prototype that has the exact mechanical properties of the final product, Seelye-Eiler recommends CNC machining.  Using the specified material, and design, our experienced programmers and machinists can create a functional, tight-tolerance, plastic prototype that can be tested and analyzed by your design team.  Subsequently, the design can be modified for improved performance, fit and suitability for its purpose, and additional prototypes or variations generated. 

We also offer rapid prototyping, also known as 3D printing. The process begins with taking a virtual design from a model or computer-aided design (CAD) software. The printer then reads the design data and creates layers of material to build up a physical model from a series of segments. These layers, which correspond to the virtual cross-sections from the CAD design, are fused together to generate the desired form.



Seelye-Eiler’s quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001:2015, showing our commitment to providing quality products and services, and to continuous improvement.  Our quality inspection process begins with the raw material and continues through the machining or manufacturing process. We offer scanning, first article, in-process and final inspection to assure that manufacturing standards are met.  Specialty high-performance products are lot traceable and shipped with a material certification.

Seelye-Eiler offers full engineering support from design to production. With the combined technical resources of our experienced design teams working on your project, we can provide design and manufacturing assistance to save you time and money in both the planning and manufacturing stages.

From the prototype stage through assembly and production, our engineering team can assist with design concepts in SolidWorks, work with your digital and CAD files, and recommend the optimum material for your project.
